Australian Returns Policy
We want you to be stoked. If you receive any products that you are unhappy with for any reason, please email us at email@example.com and return it to us within 14 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange size or refund*.
- Returned Surfboards must be returned unridden, in original condition (ie: no grip, wax, etc).
- There are no returns for custom surfboard orders unless the product is faulty.
- All other items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, no tags removed.
- Refunds or exchanges are not valid on any sale or discounted items.
Our policy only lasts 14 days. If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the goods are faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We currently ship Australia wide. We use couriers that specalise in surfboard delivery.
Custom orders take 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
Models are made to order. These orders take 4-5 weeks to manufacture.
New stock boards will be dispatched within 48 hours.
